How are these products saved from food waste?
Every year, nearly 9.7 million tons of food end up in the garbage in Thailand, according to the Pollution Control Department in Thailand. Most of this waste comes directly from the fields : perfectly healthy products, but considered too big, too small or simply produced in excess are often thrown away.
Onela Market was born to break this cycle. We buy unsold but still delicious produce from our local producers, providing them with extra income they wouldn’t normally receive. We then fill your Box with these freshly harvested products. Then, we deliver them right to your doorstep. You can now enjoy your saved from waste products.

What kind of product do you source?
We offer a catalog of products ranging from fruit and vegetables to starches and dairy products.
We have a complete assortment of dozens of varieties of products that vary according to the season.
In autumn and winter, for example, you can expect fruits like apples and citrus fruits; greens like kale, chard and cabbage; and other robust products like squash, sweet potatoes and cauliflower.
How long will take the delivery and what happens if i’m not home?
For the region of Chiang Mai delivery arrive within the same day if you ordered before 1:00pm.
For the region of Bangkok and it’s area your delivery usually arrive within 1 days. However, we use a third-party delivery service, so there may be unforeseen circumstances for the customers leaving outside Bangkok and Bangkok and its surroundings.
As for the rest of Thailand your delivery will usually arrive within 2 days maximum.
Ps : please allow 1 to 2 days maximum for delivery after confirming your order.
Your delivery driver will contact you to make sure you’ll be here when he will deliver your box.
What is your billing process like and is it secure?
All of our orders go through our online website platform, Lianlian Pay Electronic Payment(Thailand). We accept all major debit cards, credits cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Your information is kept completely private, encrypted, and safe in our system, we DO NOT store your payments informations on our hands. Please note that our website is 256 SSL Secure and PCI DSS compliant.
Can i cancel at any time and how?
Yes, as long as you cancel before the order deadline 11.55pm the day before your billing day (You can see your billing day on the homepage of your account) you won’t be charged for the upcoming order. If you feel there was something wrong with a previous box or encounter any issues whatsoever, we encourage you to contact our team at support@onelamarket.com, as we would love to make it right before you decide to cancel.
How do i know what’s coming in my box
We update our Weekly Selection on our website and every Sunday at approximately 8:00pm.
